The 64th Grammy Awards took place on April 3 (E.T) in Las Vegas. Musician Jon Batiste won five awards out of the 11 nominations he received, including Album of the Year.

First-time nominee Olivia Rodrigo, who received seven nominations, took home the gongs for Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. Meanwhile, Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars and Anderson Paak)’s Leave the Door Open. won Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song.
