From monsters to robots, the new trailer teases more craziness from the unleashing of the multiverse

If you think Spider-Man: No Way Home was epic, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness promises to be no holds barred bonkers. There are all sorts of nuggets that make your head spin in utter wonder by the end of it.

The story picks up where the last Spider-Man movie left off, with Strange dealing with the ramifications of unleashing the multiverse. The new Super Bowl trailer lets us see more of Scarlet Witch in action and venting her frustration to Strange with these words: "You break the rules, you become the hero. I do it, I become the enemy. That doesn't seem fair."

We also see young Avenger America Chavez fighting a monster—and there are plenty in this movie, including Gargantos, the one-eyed creature from Namor. We also hear X-Men's Professor Xavier (voiced by Patrick Stewart) though he is unseen. And there are different permutations of Strange, from evil Strange to a creepy zombie-looking one. All these only make the wait for its premiere in early May all the more excruciating.
