After seven years of courtship, Princess Eugenie and her beau, Jack Brooksbank tied the knot in the second royal wedding of the year. The extravagant event at St George's Chapel was filled with beautiful moments—from Princess Eugenie's Peter Pilotto gown (which reminds us of Disney's Princess Aurora) to the adorable bridal party, led by Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Here are some of our favourite details of the wedding

1. When Princess Eugenie unveiled her bridal gown

Contrary to the pre-wedding speculation, the Princess stunned in a custom Peter Pilotto gown with a portrait neckline and embroidered with thistles, shamrocks, York roses and ivies, all symbols that represent her family. Instead of the York Diamond Tiara, she opted for the dazzling Greville Emerald Tiara instead, borrowing from Queen Elizabeth's personal collection.

2. When the Duke of York walked the Princess down the aisle

Is there a more sentimental moment than a father giving his daughter's hand to her future husband? We love the look on the groom's face when he saw his bride.

3. The cheeky weather

It was an especially windy day, with strong breezes sending the royal guests holding on tightly to their headdresses and skirts. It made for some candid photo moments that we can definitely appreciate, though.

4. The stunning wedding cake

Nothing says autumn like a red velvet cake. Created by Sophie Cabot, the five-tiered red velvet and chocolate cake reportedly took over 53 sticks of unsalted butter, 15 kilograms of organic flour, 20 kilograms of sugar, and 400 eggs. Adorned in sugar-crafted berries, leaves and flowers, the cake artisan started working on the leaf decorations back in July.

5. The adorable bridal party

Is there anything more adorable than Prince George's look here? The five-year-old who is third in line to the British throne, together with Princess Charlotte, Savannah Philips, Isla Philips, Mia Tindall, Maud Windsor and Theodora Williams were the cutest bridesmaids and page boys at this royal wedding, and we can't get over Princess Charlotte's brilliant smile.

6. The star-studded guest list

As speculated, the well-connected couple's celebrity friends were all in attendance. Naomi Campbell, Ellie Goulding, Demi Moore, James Blunt, and Ricky Martin were just some of the famous faces that joined the newlyweds in their celebration.

7. The beautiful fascinators

One thing we love about royal occasions are the impeccably stylish fascinators and hats. Cara Delevigne (seen here with Derek Blasberg) looked chic in a suit, and Queen Elizabeth was radiant in her powder blue ensemble.(Related: 10 Fascinators Perfect For The Royal Wedding)

8. The fairytale kiss

Princess Eugenie and Jack have dated for seven years, and it's so beautiful to finally see them tie the knot. The newly weds sealed their marital vows with a kiss.
