It was a gorgeous day for our shoot with Feiping Chang for Hong Kong Tatler Weddings at The Peninsula Hong Kong, where the beautiful newlywed showed off her wedding gowns and shared some valuable wedding advice with us in celebration of our 40th anniversary.

Helipad Haute Couture

Looking over the city from the helipad atop the Peninsula Hong Kong, Fei recalls happy memories from her wedding reception atop Capri’s Villa Lysis, to which she wore this Giambattista Valli haute couture gown.

Modern Princess

Fei models the gown she wore for her wedding reception, a silk haute couture creation by Giambattista Valli featuring multiple silk rose petals in varying shades of pink. The gown is paired with Jasmine cascade earrings and a Jasmine bracelet in 18K white gold set with diamonds, and an En-Tremblant ring in 18K white and rose gold set with fancy yellow, fancy pink and white diamonds, all by Nirav Modi. 

This fun and flirty gown featuring a lemon print is a custom-made dress by Moiselle and was the perfect outfit for the dinner Fei and Lincoln hosted to welcome their guests to Capri, held at Da Paolino Restaurant. Complemented with Luminance cascade earrings and a Fern ring in 18K white gold set with diamonds, all by Nirav Modi, it stopped all traffic in the forecourt of the Peninsula Hong Kong.

Magical Moments

When asked how it felt to wear again the gown in which she exchanged vows with Lincoln, a magnificent Giambattista Valli haute couture creation featuring multiple layers of tulle, Fei responded, “Bittersweet.” Here the gown is paired with Jasmine hoop earrings and a Jasmine bracelet in 18K white gold set with diamonds, all by Nirav Modi.

Fei struck a balance between modernity and tradition with her choice for the tea ceremony, a vibrant red Shanghai Tang gown. It is matched here with Jasmine cascade earrings in 18K white and yellow gold set with white and yellow diamonds, and Classic, Grand and Slim Embrace bangles in rose, white and yellow gold set with white and pink diamonds, all by Nirav Modi.

Rolls Reverie 

Fei takes a break between shots in one of the hotel’s signature Rolls-Royces. She wears Luminance cascade earrings and a Fern ring in 18K white gold set with diamonds, all by Nirav Modi.
