Following a series of successful pop-ups in Paris, Tokyo, London and New York, YSL Beauty kicked off its first YSL Beauty Hotel pop-up concept in KL with a big bang. Guests like Ung Yiu Lin, Kim Raymond and Angela Karto checked in at the lobby with their unique QR code to receive their own personalised YSL Beauty Hotel Card. This card allowed guests access through multiple Instagram-worthy floors, including a check-in area with neon-covered luggage cart and a Presidential suite in room 1978 complete with two smouldering male models. Even the basement of the building was converted into a beauty playground—guests are invited to strut down a runway designed to showcase YSL Beauty’s latest lipsticks, the Rouge Pur Couture Slim. Another popular attraction of the night are the customised arcade games with a YSL twist on the first floor.
