It was merely three days into the new year and many people may still be suffering from post-vacation blues. But nothing was going to stop Trina Liang-Lin’s close friends from gathering at Aura restaurant (now taken over by Art) at the National Gallery Singapore to celebrate her birthday. Flowers, gifts and balloons filled the restaurant’s cosy private space, where the luncheon was held. Friendly chatter filled the air as guests took turns to take photos with the managing director of investment research consulting firm Templebridge Investments. Looking at the guests in attendance, one can only conclude the birthday girl that she is well-loved and sociable, with friends from fields as varied as law and design.
