Guests raised a whiskey glass—or several—at the Singleton of Glen Ord’s dinner party toasting its new single malt scotch. The St. Regis Hong Kong was filled to the brim with a see-and-be-seen crowd including Gigi Chao and Sarah Zhuang, who were treated to a five-course meal prepared by Singaporean chef Justin Quek. Of course, each dish was paired with a Glen Ord whiskey, and to honour the Scottish brand’s heritage, supper concluded with a lively bagpipe performance, rousing the audience to its feet.
