Socialites Harriet Tung, Doreen Pao and Bhagwanti Mohan attended the Hong Kong Women's Indian Club luncheon at Aberdeen Marina Club
Diversity was fabulously celebrated at the Hong Kong Indian Women’s Club luncheon in Aberdeen Marina Club, where committee members including Purviz Shroff and Amishi Sani threw a Chinoiserie-themed afternoon. The ‘Indo-Western chic’ dress code had attendees donning dazzling saris, palazzo suits and dupattas and dripping in jewellery. The sartorial excellence continued with a fashion show by Tania Mohan to commemorate the 20th anniversary of her Indian-inspired fashion brand Tabla, which captivated guests Bhagwanti Mohan, Harriet Tung and Doreen Pao. All the pomp and ceremony were for a worthwhile cause, as the club held raffles to raise funds for the One Sky Foundation, which provides aid to the city’s underprivileged children. Hong Kong Tatler donated a table prize of annual magazine subscriptions to support the charity.
