When Edward Tang, son of the late David Tang, was planning his wedding to Sotheby’s auctioneer John Auerbach, Edward told the Daily Mail, "It’s just going to be a small, intimate celebration that we hope to keep low-key.”

Perhaps he was being modest, but the couple's celebration in Tuscany, Italy was a lavish affair that brought out Hong Kong’s elite, including Ivan Pun, Antonia Li and Victoria Tang-Owen, to name a few.

The wedding was held inside a grand manor, and featured gospel singers, drag queens, fireworks and an al fresco three-course dinner. The night ended with a casual 2 a.m. jaunt to Siena for some local pizza.
