Arthur de Villepin and Dee Poon

Pont des Arts’ Arthur de Villepin and Chef Phillipe Orrico of Upper Modern Bistro and On have come together to form Tartine. Specialising in using premium ingredients such as foie gras, burrata, and truffles, Tartine will also serve small bites on their menu. The pair hosted a private dinner to celebrate the soft-opening of the new dining destination, with guests including Douglas Young, Dee Poon, Chelsea Chau, Karim Azar, Feiping Chang, Roni Hirandand, Antonia Da Cruz, and Thibault Pontallier.
