The art of tekat is well-known in the state of Perak, especially among royalty. In a bid to restore its heritage, HRH Raja Nazhatul Shima Sultan Idris Shah, who was introduced to the art of tekat by her late grandmother, Raja Perempuan Kalsom, founded Nazha Exclusive to produce handbags adorning the beautiful tekat designs.

The official launch was attended by a host of Royalty including HRH Sultanah Kalsom, HRH Tuanku Zara Salim and HRH Tuanku Nur Zahirah.

The launch was successful  as the handbags, designed by Raja Nazhatul Shima herself, gave a relic of the past a modern updating.
