Cult cosmetics brand NARS, has finally reached Malaysian shores much to the delight of fans everywhere. News regarding its approach has been circulating since July this year so it was no surprise that when it finally opened its doors to its first Malaysian customers, they packed the store in minutes.

NARS was created by photographer and makeup artist François Nars in 1994 who was frustrated by how little product there was for makeup artists. The line started out with twelve lipsticks and since then has grown to become an international brand favourited by celebrities such as Madonna and Victoria Beckham.

Present on the night of the opening were local personalities like Deborah Henry, Thanuja Ananthan, Bernie Chan and Elaine Daly.
