The Philippine Tatler Ball 2014 Award for Most Creative Force goes to...

The creator of the exciting restaurants Cibo, Café Bola, Lusso, Grace Park, and the former Pepato, Margarita Forés has tickled our senses in the most amazing ways—from her creative combinations of flavours to her unique floral arrangements. She has trailblazed in the field of culinary art, has set the bar in fine cuisine, and advocated the use of organic produce and slow foods. For her firsts in the business of food and of flowers, exhibiting exquisite taste and style in both, she was given the Most Creative Force Award. “I value this honour that you recognise me with tonight, for being creative is my life’s driving inspiration and source of energy. It has allowed me to live a life with so much purpose, making all of you happy, hopefully, in my own small way and working hard to make life more beautiful for all of you,” she said proudly upon receiving her award. Forés also received a deluxe gift from Diptyque, containing a Giant Tubereuse candle, a 34 St Germain Hourglass Diffuser, and a L’ombre Dan Leau Diptyque eau de toilette.
