Friends and family came out to celebrate the grand opening of Maison Es, chef Esther Sham's latest restaurant project in the Star Street precinct. Chef Tata, as she is known, was joined by supporters such as Gordon Wu, Ivy Wu, Maisy Ho, Ricky Yeung, Henry Tan, Angie Ting, Candice Chao and Leonard Chao.
