Riding the K-wave has never easier as Kim Seon-ho joins Globe to become their latest ambassador
There doesn't seem to be an end to the K-wave currently overtaking not just our lives, but our airwaves too. With Globe's latest announcement, K-drama fans have been more excited than ever. The telecommunications company has recently introduced Kim Seon-ho as its latest ambassador. The actor, who won our hearts for his role as Han Ji-pyeong in the K-drama Start-Up, was also previously spotted in Welcome to Waikiki 2, Two Cops, 100 Days My Prince, and Strongest Deliveryman.
Now, the be-dimpled actor can be spotted in Globe's newest advertisements. He'd recently appeared in a video posted last February where he was seen unboxing packages sent in by local fans. Hinting at the recently concluded press fan meet-up, he'd also said: "Kita tayo sa March 21!"
The virtual fan-meet up, which was held on that very day introduced Kim Seon-ho to a bevvy of lucky admirers. Globe had prepared a video to virtually tour the actor through some of our most iconic islands, and there were plenty of games to boot! Kim Seon-ho was also tested on his knowledge of Tagalog vocabulary, learning basic phrases such as "mahal ko kayo" and "ingat".
