Local designer extraordinaire Khoon Hooi recently unveiled his latest collection for Spring/Summer 2016 at a chic fashion show that saw the who's who of high society fashionistas show up in strong support. Held at APW Bangsar, the new collection takes after the essence of painting on canvas, with textures and prints that play together in harmony. Movement is the focus with back of dresses and tops pleated to give volume and ample floral beadwork uniquely linked to give a touch of futurism. Guests like Soo Shea Pin, Lim Ai San and Tunku Datin Myra Madihah were among those spotted at the event, each fashionably geared befitting of the occasion.
