In an intimate cocktail event, philanthropist and art advocate Loida Nicolas Lewis confirmed the Manila leg of Noli Me Tangere: The Opera. Brought to life by a diverse cast of 30 actors and a 35-piece orchestra led by conductor Michael Dadap, the Filipino audience will have a chance to witness the brainchild of National Artists Felipe de Leon, who composed the score, and Guillermo Tolentino, who penned the lyrics. The gala night is set on 12 September 2014, and there will be 21 shows in total.
