Over 500 people gathered at the Grand Hyatt for the annual Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macau gala dinner. This year marked the Chambers 20th anniversary and guests included a number of VIPs and celebrities, among them Hong Kong’s Chief Executive Carrie Lam. Guests were treated to a sumptuous six-course meal created by Chef Alessandro Cozzolino of Grissini and also taking place during the evening was a silent auction and lucky draw, with prizes including products from Giorgio Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo, Bulgari and Gucci.
