Senator Loren Legarda was bestowed the Knight in the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic by Ambassador Massimo Roscigno for her significant efforts in bringing the Philippines to the Venice Biennale. The senator humbly accepted the recognition in a cocktail reception at the ambassador’s private residence in Makati in the presence of close friends and colleagues.
