The Managing Partner at Buzz Concepts, style maven – and red carpet veteran shows us how it's done

“My preparations for the red carpet begin at a hidden babershop in Po Hing Fong. Ray’s salon has just two seats, so I book them both to have a catch-up with a friend over a tipple. I’m partial to a vodka drink with honey and lemon that I invented. It’s so good that it’s now on the menu as “JC’s Remedy” at my friend’s bar, Lan Kwai Lau. I love dressing up and particularly love tuxedos. I’ve lost track of how many I own. The best nights start with a good pre-party playlist; at the moment mine features a lot of Kygo. It’s important to look after your body. My morning ritual includes drinking chlorophyll-infused water, which has amazing cleansing abilities.”
