Leading chefs Joan and Jordi Roca from Girona's award-winning El Celler de Can Roca restaurant presented an exclusive masterclass for 40 guests. The intimate event, supported by both BBVA and Miele Hong Kong, kicked off with a welcome cocktail session where food lovers, chefs and society faces mingled in the Miele Private Lounge, where they were served champagne and intricate canapés, before being led to the light-filled show kitchen to hear the brothers' stories and witness the creation of four unique dishes. After a series of inspiring videos and live demonstrations, the brothers gamely took questions from the floor before asking the audience for Hong Kong restaurant recommendations and posing for selfies.
