VIP’s gathered at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club Kellett Island, Causeway Bay, as The Gualtiero Marchesi World Tour Of Great Italian Cuisine made it’s way to Hong Kong with the help of The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao. Joseph Fung, Patricia Tung-Gaw and Yolanda Choy-Tang were among the guests who watched a special screening of “Gualtiero, The Great Italian”—a short film about Chef Marchesi’s career. Chef Antonio Ghilardi, one of the first graduates from the Marchesi team, also prepared a tasting of signature dishes and canapés inspired by Gualtiero's masterpieces.
