On September 30, 60 of Hong Kong’s most cultivated gourmands showed up at Dorset House in Taikoo Place for The Great Farm Feast, an annual culinary experience to promote sustainable dining and celebrate Hong Kong-grown food.

Guests enjoyed a farm-to-table experience with dishes prepared by top chefs Fabio Nompleggio of Asaya Kitchen, Lee Man-sing of Mott 32 and Uwe Opocensky of Restaurant Petrus, connecting them to Hong Kong’s farmers and master chefs for an inspiring and immersive evening that raised a toast to the city’s finest organic produce.
