Over 600 people gathered at the Grand Hyatt for the annual French Chamber of Commerce gala dinner, which highlights and fosters collaborations between French and Hong Kong businesses—the evening is a celebration of “art de vivre,” also known as the art of living. The evening also a fundraising exercise for the French Chamber Foundation, which supports underprivileged workers in Hong Kong and this year over HK$1.6million was raised. Entertainment for the evening included a magic show by illusionist Stefan Leyshon and an aerial hoop performance.
