Fraser, a leading full-service yachting company hosted an invitation-only dinner to celebrate the launch of Fraser Asia at the Island Shangri-La. The evening was hosted by Raphael Sauleau, Fraser’s chief executive officer. The evening took its guests on a culinary cruise around the regions of Capri, Marseille, Corsica and the Caribbean, with food inspired by each location. A highlight of the meal was the dessert, which was hidden in a shell of chocolate that was melted away by a sauce that revealed a picture of a yacht. Part of the program that evening was to raise awareness for the plight of the oceans, and Craig Leeson of the Plastics Ocean Foundation showed a few short clips from the foundation’s film, A Plastic Ocean. The dinner was attended by the likes of Yumi Honda, Marie-Christine Lee-Louey, Benjamin Lee, Sherman Tang, Ming Ho-Tang and Aron Harilela.
