Damiani X Rustan's: The Launch of the Italian Jeweler in Manila

The 90-year-old Italian jewellery brand Damiani makes its way to Manila through the efforts of Rustan's. This comes as no surprise; even Giorgio Grassi Damiani, vice president of the prestigious family-owned business, said that Rustan's is well-known in Italy for its partnerships with luxury brands. This he said in front of the chairman, Nedy Tantoco, and her sister, the commercial group's director, Maritess Tantoco-Enriquez, at the exclusive launch of the Damiani brand at Rustan's Makati. The ambassador Massimo Roscigno and his wife Agnes graciously welcomed Damiani as well. Addressing the Tantocos, he said: "You are adding a new jewel to the crown, and what a jewel; Damiani is a top brand." Damiani's hometown Valenza, the ambassador claimed, is the heartland of Italian jewellery craftsmanship.
