The creator of the 'indestructable' G-Shock watch, Casio celebrated the 20th anniversary of its high-end G-Shock model, Mr-G, at a get-together at Cortina Watch, Fahrenheit 88  KL.

Because no child's birthday can be complete without the presence of their father, Cortina Watch managing director Tay Liam Khoon welcomed the guest of honour, Kikuo Ibe, father and inventor of the G-Shock.

The evening also saw the newest Mr-G have its own 'indestructable' label get put to the test courtesy of a hammer. Needless to say, the Mr-G came out on top.
