The millennial tycoon is putting his artisanal spin on traditional office spaces
New World Group’s Adrian Cheng recently received the green light to start leasing for his latest project, K11 Atelier King’s Road, an ultra-luxe co-working space in Quarry Bay.
The Hong Kong conglomerate announced that it won an occupancy permit four weeks ahead of schedule and is currently offering leases for its 22-floor office building, which start at the end of July.
According to real estate website Mingtiandi, K11 has already signed pre-leasing commitments for half of its 40,877 square metre space.
As he has with all of his projects—K11 ARTUS, Artisan House and the new and improved Avenue of the Stars to name a few—the millennial tycoon will be putting a creative spin on conventional office spaces. New World Group describes the project as a “Vertical Creative City,” which features a rooftop terrace with a jogging track, an art house, and multipurpose event spaces to boost productivity.
Adrian has proven to be a prolific entrepreneur. This is his fourth K11 Atelier office space after launching previous projects in Guangzhou and Shanghai. In June, he opened K11 ARTUS, the high-end full-service resident next to Rosewood Hong Kong.
