好眠秘訣:喝杯伯爵茶放鬆一下、單獨吃晚飯、喝一杯香檳結束一天

高齡95歲的英國女王仍然身體健朗,她的保養秘訣一直都是大家想取經的,其中一個原因很可能是因為作息、睡眠時間正常,她在睡前會先喝一杯伯爵茶結束漫長的一天,像茶這樣的飲品對身體有舒緩作用,而熱飲會讓人放鬆。英國女王經常單獨吃晚飯,這是一段獨處、整理思緒、忘卻一天壓力的重要時光。最後,她的表弟瑪格麗特·羅德斯說,她每晚都會喝一杯香檳,睡前喝太多酒會導致睡眠中斷,但是一杯香檳足以讓你放鬆,而不會影響睡眠品質。

好眠秘訣:固定時間睡覺、提早晚飯時間、白天多活動

好眠秘訣:早起、以瑜伽開始新的一天、戒掉咖啡因

在成為皇室成員之前,梅根就在接受採訪時談論健康和幸福的重要性,特別是睡眠品質。梅根說她每天早上在同一時間4點15分醒來,以瑜伽開始新的一天,提到作息的重要性,她說:「眾所周知,早晨是為我們的一天定下基調的重要時刻。」

梅根也談到了她疲倦時不會喝咖啡,她說:「下午4點時,很容易陷入想喝咖啡的衝動,但是我會選擇喝一杯精力湯,蘋果加入羽衣甘藍、菠菜、檸檬和生薑,我發現喝它比喝一杯濃縮咖啡要好得多。」
