The Hot Pilates class covers it all – stretching, cardio and toning for a strong and sculpted body in a studio heated at between 38 - 40°C. The heat warms up muscles to allow for a deeper stretch; at the same time it detoxifies the body through the release of toxins in sweat. The Pilates Reformer class is also a big hit.
