1. ClassPass: Fitness Workout App
ClassPass started out as a service to allow fitness junkies to search, find and book fitness activities near them. Now, in light of the situation in Malaysia, Jessica Ong, South East Asia regional manager of ClassPass reveals that they have enabled at-home digital workouts (both audio and video) that can be accessed by all ClassPass users for free. And you don’t have to be a paying user to access these videos, just as long as you have the app.
From cardio workouts such as HIIT, boxing, kickboxing and dance to strength training and mind and body workouts, all these digital workouts are instructed by fitness experts.
"The digital workouts will enable you to work out in the the comfort of your own homes," says Ong. "Being able to do so is essential in maintaining some semblance of routine, which also assists in anxiety control - absolutely key in the uncertain times we find ourselves in right now."
