What special dishes will you be serving this Christmas?

Amy: I’ll probably hold a gingerbread building party. Everybody will just grab their own blocks, cream and icing, and get creative, alongside a glass of wine and cheese. I like a minimalist Christmas as opposed to the usual chicken or roast turkey feasts.

CY: My family is quite big on food. Christmas is a lot of food over many days and we go to many people’s houses so I definitely will try to attempt one of our recipes. And I don’t think they will even realise it’s healthy because it’s so tasty!

How do today's demo recipes pair with Amazin’ Graze’s Christmas specials?

Ching Yi: The chocolate peanut butter fudge bites are my favourite because chocolate is my celebratory food. They always feel like a treat and therefore kept for special moments. But with the bites, I can eat it anytime and not feel guilty or bad!

Amy: My favourite thing at Christmas is building gingerbread houses. Our gingerbread granola always reminds me of that. By eating it and having that scent of cinnamon and scrumptiousness is a beautiful reminder.
