Emily Lam-Ho's 8 Shades Launches Its First-Ever Sustainable 8-Week Challenge
Calling all wellness and fitness enthusiasts, as well as eco-warriors and green newbies to take part in the 8 Shades' first-ever citywide challenge featuring eight weeks of exciting challenges and giveaways. Founded by eco-entrepreneur Emily Lam-Ho, the 8Shades' 8Week challenge allows you to take simple, small and intentional steps towards a greener future this summer.
The challenge will run for a total of eight weeks and participants will be winning some fabulous prizes including Lono shoes, Keep Cup and Coco Paradise gift set, a hamper from Green Common, a customised reusable water bottle from Casetify and more. The challenger with the most entries during the entire period will win a hamper featuring all eight prizes and be invited to 8 Shades' 8-week challenge finale party at a yet-to-be-revealed location in August 2021.
The first challenge kicked off on June 14 in a lighter shade of green—a simple challenge to go for a week. Each weekly challenge will be revealed on 8Shades' Instagram and website, along with an article that explains the benefits of taking that little green step. Be sure to check back every week for next week's challenge and prizes.
"I really hope everyone can join this 8-week challenge. If everyone does their own small part as a community, the collective impact is far greater than we realize. Through this challenge I hope everyone can realize that being sustainable can easily be part of your everyday life," says founder Emily Lam-Ho.
If you're interested to participate, register your details here and come back every week for the new challenge. Entering is as easy as taking a picture of yourselves completing the challenge and posting it onto your Instagram feed or Stories and tagging @shadesofficial. Make sure to set your account to public. Challengers are also encouraged to spread the word by going to the #8shades8weeks post on 8 Shades' Instagram and tagging three friends to do the challenge.
