Amid all the buzz around the Land-Dweller, it’s easy to overlook that these other novelties deserve some attention too

Rolex is entering the ceramic dial realm, starting with the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II. The high-tech Cerchrom dial makes its debut in a lustrous shade of green, echoing the colour of the daytime half of the Cerachrom bezel.

Originally designed for globe-trotting professionals, the GMT-Master and its successor, the GMT-Master II, have become iconic travel watches known for their dual-time zone functionality and distinctive 24-hour bezel.

The 18-karat white gold Oyster case houses Calibre 3285, a self-winding movement featuring the patented Chronergy escapement, blue Parachrom hairspring, and Paraflex shock absorbers, offering enhanced magnetic resistance, precision, and a power reserve of 70 hours.

RED DATE

Looking more striking than ever, the Rolex Datejust 31 is adorned with a red ombré dial decorated with 10 diamond hour markers and a bezel set with 46 brilliant-cut diamonds. This is the first time that the ombré dial—distinctive for its concentric gradient that becomes progressively darker closer to the edge of the dial— is presented in this fiery colour since its introduction in 2019.

Available in 18-karat yellow gold case paired with a President bracelet with concealed Crownclasp, it is powered by Calibre 2236 certified as a Superlative Chronometer.

CHAIN REACTION

The timeless appeal of Rolex 1908 is now enhanced with a fabulous new bracelet. Called Settimo, it is exclusively created for the model, and is composed of rows of seven links that evoke the elegance of vintage watches. Each link polished to perfection, it hugs the wrist gently, offering optimal comfort. Rolex has also developed a special system to attach it to the middle case. A patent has been filed for this mechanism. Holding it together is the folding Crownclasp, cleverly concealed for refined elegance.
