Often used in jewellery, the hard surface of meteorite stones have crisscrossed straight lines that offer clues about our galaxies. Such stones are considerably thicker than conventional metals, and the decision to pair them with ultra-thin movements allow the watches to maintain a slim elegance.
The 40mm Altiplano in pink gold now hosts a grey meteorite dial. Apart from the slim baton hands and indices as well as a date window, the dial is unadorned to allow full appreciation of the stone’s beauty. Limited to 300 pieces, it is endowed with caliber 1203P that measures only 3mm in height.
