1. Patek Philippe Sky Moon Tourbillon Ref. 5002G
One of Patek Philippe’s most complicated watches ever, the Sky Moon Tourbillon boasts 12 complications including a minute repeater, a perpetual calendar, a tourbillon, a sky chart, a retrograde date, moon phases and even an orbital display. In fact, there are so many indicators that a second face had to be created on the caseback to accommodate all of them. This particular model was made in 2007, and it is only the second known white gold version as most Sky Moon Tourbillon watches were rendered in either yellow gold or platinum.
