It was a dazzling night of stars courtesy of Nicole Kidman, Cindy Crawford, Alessandra Ambrosio and Liu Shishi who turned up the heat at the Constellation “Manhattan” launch in Shanghai earlier this week.
Whether it was the allure of the gorgeous timepieces, the excitement of a world renowned city, or both, Omega pulled off the incredible feat of having not one, not two but four of its high profile female ambassadors for the launch of the new Constellation "Manhattan" collection. We’re talking really big names that included award-winning actress and producer Nicole Kidman, original supermodel Cindy Crawford, Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio and popular Chinese actress Liu Shishi.

“The Constellation has always been admired by women all around the world,” remarked Raynald Aeschlimann, president and CEO of Omega. “No matter the country, it has appealed to ladies of all backgrounds and styles. To celebrate that spirit, we’ve been lucky to have four of our closest friends here together. Having Nicole, Cindy, Shishi and Alessandra at one single event shows how much love there is for the Constellation.”
Indeed, the affection was palpable at the launch event, dubbed the Iconic Ladies Evening, held at the Expo I-Pavilion that has been transformed into a universe of white and gold to mirror the “Manhattan” skyline. The four ambassadors were collectively a resplendent vision in red with Crawford wearing a dress by Rasario, Kidman in an elaborate Ermanno Scervino, Ambrosio in a strapless Zuhair Murad and Liu looking on-trend in an oversized Valentino blazer. On each of their wrists was the Constellation “Manhattan” jewellery watch with an opal dial and baguette-cut ruby indexes.

Omega also took the opportunity to unveil the Constellation “Manhattan” ad campaign photographed by Damon Baker. The occasion was enlivened with a performance by pianist and singer Stephen Ridley, and a breathtaking acrobatic showcase backed by a singing choir.
