Timothée Chalamet

“Call Me By Your Name” star Timothée Chalamet landed his first-time Oscar nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role. To match his white tuxedo, Chalamet wore Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Reverso Tribute Duoface in pink gold – the very same one that bears an anthracite dial on its reverse side that features a “Clous de Paris” guilloché motif and a second time zone vocation.

Armie Hammer

Montblanc’s red gold Heritage Spirit Pulsograph was the accessory of choice of ‘Call Me By Your Name’ star Armie Hammer, who presented the Academy Award for ‘Best Makeup and Hairstyling’. This limited edition timepiece accentuated the actor’s deep burgundy suit terrifically, as did his Montblanc Hartford cufflinks.

Jordan Peele

Jorden Peele earned himself an Academy Award for the Best Original Screenplay – and there to mark the iconic moment with him was his Montblanc Star Classique Automatic watch with a case of red gold with Montblanc Tribute to Shakespeare cufflinks to finish it off.

Andy Serkis

Actor Andy Serkis wore the Montblanc Heritage Spirit Date Automatic: a picture of sophistication with its stainless steel case and silver-white bombé dial. The ‘War for the Planet of the Apes’ star paired this timepiece with Essential Sartorial cufflinks and silver and onyx tuxedo studs also from Montblanc.

Daniel Kaluuya

Best Actor nominee Daniel Kaluuya turned heads with a caramel-brown velvet blazer and black trousers for his red-carpet appearance; and the swanky IWC Schaffhausen Ingenieur Chronograph with its red gold case strapped on his wrist didn’t hurt the 29-year old ‘Get Out’ and ‘Black Panther’ star’s look either.

Tom Holland

The ‘Spider-man: Homecoming’ star and presenter Tom Holland wore Piaget’s sleek limited-edition Altiplano Skeleton in its super-slim 38mm white gold case. With only 150 pieces of this self-winding watch available, this work of art was a worthy accessory to accompany the 21-year-old's stylish red-carpet tux.

Oscar Isaac

Presenter Oscar Isaac was also spotted with a Piaget timepiece on his wrist – namely the Piaget Polo S: a steel case stunner with luminescent markers on its anthracite-grey guilloché dial. The ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ actor looked sharp as ever presenting the Best Animated Short Film Award with co-stars Mark Hamill and Kelly Marie Tran.

Matthew McConaughey

Presenting the Academy Award for ‘Best Film Editing’ was Matthew McConaughey – the Oscar-winning actor sported a steel-case Bvlgari Octo Roma watch with a black lacquered dial and hand-applied indexes – a perfect match for his pristine black suit and burgundy bow-tie.

Ansel Elgort

Presenter and ‘Baby Driver’ star Ansel Elgort made his red-carpet entrance with girlfriend Violetta Komyshan, looking as dapper as ever wearing IWC Schaffhausen’s iconic Portugieser Chronograph with its dark slate-dial encased in red gold.
