It's awards season, so we’ve decided to take a look at some of the most glittering jewels worn in movies that have been (or were almost...) released over the past 12 months.

1. Emma (2020)
Autumn de Wilde’s beautiful adaptation of the Jane Austen novel, Emma, stars Anya Taylor-Joy and comes fully-furnished with sumptuous Georgian settings and charming cinematography. But for the magpies among us, it is the exquisite jewellery carefully chosen by English costume designer Alexandra Byrne that truly transports us back a few hundred years to the fictional village of Highbury in the English countryside. Gilded headpieces are worn with coral pendant earrings and cluster brooches, as are flower-shaped necklaces and pearl drop earrings.
