The exclusive new Aston Martin 007 sports cars were made to honour the release of the 25th James Bond film, No Time to Die

British automaker Aston Martin has this week unveiled two exclusive new 007 special edition vehicles inspired by the cars featured in the latest Bond film, No Time to Die. The new collaboration between Aston Martin and EON Productions celebrates the release of the 25th James Bond film through custom made Vantage and DBS Superleggera models.

The first model is the Vantage 007 Edition. First seen in The Living Daylights in 1987, the Vantage 007 Edition was inspired by the original Aston Martin V8 and will also be prominently featured in No Time to Die. The second model will come as a DBS Superleggera and will sport a 5.2-litre V12 twin-turbocharged engine and a torque peak at 900Nm, making it the greatest torque figure for any Aston Martin in history.

The two exclusive models were designed and conceptualised by the experts in Aston Martin’s Q by Aston Martin division and will offer “the ultimate in bespoke personalisation services” according to a press release, allowing owners to “embark on the creation of utterly individual sports cars,” thanks to the Q by Aston Martin Commission service.

“Creating a 007 Edition is always an exciting challenge as we work to develop and style a car that embodies the legend of James Bond,” Aston Martin Vice-President and Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman said in a statement. “It is an honour to apply carefully judged 007-inspired styling to our sports cars, which gives our customers the opportunity to own a unique piece of both cinematic and automotive history.”

The two special edition vehicles will be offered in limited numbers around the world as soon as today with deliveries starting as soon as early 2021, while No Time to Die is set to be released worldwide in November 2020.
