Lest you pass them off for merely pretty faces, young Hong Kong elites Pearl Shek and Lindsay Jang (part of the Generation T 2017 list) are actually some of the most promising restaurateurs in the city.
Imperial Business School-educated Shek took her entrepreneurial instincts to the hospitality industry, co-founding Thai hotspot Apinara Hong Kong at just 27-years-old, while Canadian-Chinese Jang started her dining empire with SoHo mainstay Yardbird and has since become the proud owner of other delectable destinations such as Ronin and Sunday’s Grocery.
As high-achievers, the ladies are also super-stylish (often being found in our best-dressed galleries) so naturally they were invited to showcase the Ports 1961 Fall 2017 collection while staying true to their style identities.
Watch urban-chic Jang model Ports’ chunky, embellished knit and the more classic Shek model architectural shirts and jacquard skirts in the video above.
