Fashion designer Thom Browne collaborates with online luxury menswear retailer Mr Porter to design a limited edition menswear capsule collection for this winter season.
Mr Porter has teamed up with CFDA award-winning designer Thom Browne for a Winter 2014 capsule collection featuring nine exclusive pieces.
Available now via the online menswear retailer, Thom Browne's selection of special pieces include a sport jacket, a checked Oxford shirt, a Chesterfield overcoat, cropped trousers and contrast brogue boots.
The Mr Porter pieces come in the designer's classic slim cut silhouette with a Harlequin style mix of fabrics which combine differently patterned cloth in the same weight. Prices range from €175 (RM750) for the herringbone tie up to €1,995 (RM8,400) for the overcoat.
"We have worked with Thom Browne for several seasons now and are fans of his expert craftsmanship and tailoring. This capsule encapsulates his attention to detail utilizing the best fabrics to create a sharp silhouette and a very modern take on city dressing," outlined Mr Porter's Toby Bateman.
Browne first rose to fame for his cropped trouser suiting, going on to work with Brooks Brothers and Moncler, and later launching womenswear. He picked up the CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year Award in 2013 and 2006 and the Cooper Hewitt National Design Award in 2012.
