Malaysians enjoyed an additional public holiday on April 21 after the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal announced that Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations were to officially begin the next day, on April 22. With an extra day to prepare, they were buzzing with excitement and anticipation for the start of Raya weekend.
