2023 年的 1 月 30 日宋仲基親自公開再婚消息，同時宣布女方已懷孕。

也因為公開了喜訊，就有韓國網友捕捉到宋仲基老婆 Katy 與媽媽前往百貨公司挑選童裝，由於該品牌以公主風格的女孩洋裝較為出名，再加上 Katy 的購物目光都停留在女童服裝上，因此網友大膽推測，「寶寶應該是位小公主。」除了性別被網友們注目外，不少眼尖的粉絲也發現，Katy 選擇的童裝品牌廣受到歐洲、中東皇室成員以及娛樂時尚名人喜愛，即是又有「兒童界香奈兒」之稱的法國品牌 Bonpoint。
