Fendi has officially unveiled Palazzo Fendi Milano, a new destination of luxury and sophistication, perfectly positioned where Via Montenapoleone meets Corso Matteotti.
Housed in a magnificent Rationalist building designed by architect Emilio Lancia and constructed between 1933 and 1936, Palazzo Fendi Milano is a remarkable architectural gem that spans 910 square metres across four meticulously designed floors. Every detail of the space has been reinterpreted to embody Fendi’s creative spirit, where Italian craftsmanship meets contemporary innovation. From its grand façade to its refined interior, Palazzo Fendi Milano stands as the ultimate expression of the Maison’s heritage and modern elegance in the heart of Milan’s fashion district.

The imposing façade, defined by its interplay of arched and square windows and a central tower commanding the street corner, has been thoughtfully enhanced by Fendi’s Architecture Department. Subtle interventions such as the Fendi logo and organically shaped door handles inspired by the suppleness of leather blend harmoniously with the building’s original character.
Interior is a dialogue
The interior design offers a refined conversation between elements drawn from 1930s Milanese style and the distinctive Fendi aesthetic.
-
Curves and arches: Inspired by the fluidity of fur craftsmanship, soft curves and graceful arches recur throughout the space, echoing the forms of Milan’s iconic staircases.
-
Heritage materials: A delicate balance unites the building’s existing marble motifs with Fendi’s signature stones, inspired by ancient Roman floors and the brand’s heritage. Travertino, a stone synonymous with Rome, is paired with coloured marbles such as Rosso Lepanto and Breccia Oniciata to create striking Domus-style geometric patterns underfoot.
