In December 2019, Feith London opened its first store at Fahrenheit 88, Kuala Lumpur, delighting shoppers with its rose-hued interiors and floral cues. If you're missing browsing through Feith's delicate ballerina flats and espadrilles imported straight from Europe, the boutique is ready to assist even during the NRP. Feith London recently introduced a 'Private Fitting' feature for clientele residing in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

Over WhatsApp, clients can describe what they're looking for in a pair of shoes as well key details like their shoe size and other requirements.

"We love speaking with clients over the phone basically to have this whole conversation about their feet," quips Feith London director Wenfei Teh. "We get a feel of what they like and based off that, we compile about nine to ten pairs of shoes to send directly to their homes to try on."

The shoes are sanitised and checked before being delivered directly to shoppers' doors via Feith London's dedicated driver. Shoppers get to try on these pairs for up to one to two days before selecting their purchases while Feith makes all the arrangements to pick up the remaining pairs and send over payment details to complete the purchase.

"We love that our customers have this extra treat of trying on these quality shoes from the comfort of their homes during the lockdown," Teh shares. "We once sent shoes to a customer with several daughters – and we were thrilled to learn they spent the whole day having this little shoe party, trying on several pairs together at home."
