Charity ties

In September 2014, Victoria took on the role of UN international goodwill ambassador for an AIDS charity. In October last year, she and her son Brooklyn visited Kenya on an awareness campaign with UNAIDS and Born Free.

She is also patron of the Elton John AIDS Foundation, PETA supporter and advocate of Save the Children.

Fashion awards

Victoria’s fashion label launched in 2008 and in a span of two years, won her Designer Brand of the Year at the 2011 British Fashion Awards. Such is the decorated phenomemon: In 2013, BBC named her as one of UK’s 100 most powerful women in fashion and in 2015, she was awarded British Luxury Brand of the Year at the Walpole Awards.

 Pop start

Posh Spice and Sporty Spice belted it out at a mini reunion on New Year's Day. Victoria started off as Posh Spice of the Spice Girls with a pop career that soared in the 1990s. Little did we know the places she would go...

 Media darling

Once better known as Mrs. Beckham, Victoria successfully built her own presence and won over critics within the fashion pack. She’s gained the media’s seal of approval with numerous appearances in global magazine titles, including one closer to home: featured in Hong Kong Tatler June 2016 with a story on her Hong Kong muses.

 Beauty icon

Having ticked global fashion domination off her list, Victoria set her eyes on conquering the beauty industry. She launched an exclusive collection with Estée Lauder in September 2016 and a second collection is set for release later this year.

If you’re wondering how she does it, take this quote from her acceptance speech to heart: “If you dream big and work hard you can accomplish great things.”
