Elle Fanning looked ethereal in a sheer Balmain gown with crystal bird shoulder details that appeared to hold the dress up for her.

Jordan Roth wore a Valentino gown and hood embroidered with 3D flowers, and paired it with pink opera gloves and colourful eyeshadow.

Penelope Cruz stunned in a Chanel Haute Couture  evening gown, which took inspiration from a 1940s, 1950s and a more recent 2020s design from the maison and was made from black lace and silk taffeta.

Sarah Paulson brought bows to the red carpet in the form of a short sleeved pink Prada dress with a black underskirt and wisps of silk trailing behind her.

Fresh off of releasing her album Radical Optimism, Dua Lipa walked the red carpet in a boudoir-inspired Marc Jacobs look with plenty of feathers, lace and sparkles.

Cardi B wore the biggest dress of the evening: a black, layered Windowsen couture gown, complete with a headdress that added extra height too.

Chloë Sevigny took a leaf from Victorian style trends and wore an off-the-shoulder gown made from vintage silks by Dilara Findikoglu, as well as a “mourning” hairstyle with braided loops.

Lana del Rey embodied the haunting beauty of Alexander McQueen’s vision in a brown and beige woodland design by the house’s creative director, Seán McGirr.

FKA Twigs walked the red carpet in a soft white trailing coat and a sparkling body suit made from lab-grown diamonds by Stella McCartney.

British actress and singer Cynthia Erivo stepped out in classic Thom Browne skirt suit covered with 3D petal appliqué. The cropped jacket broke up the visual weight of the fabric, and she accessorised with a pink boxy bag.
