Longchamp launches its new store with a preview of the Spring 2014 collection of bags and Ready-to-Wear inspired by the wilderness of three different regions.

Longchamp, the world-renowned French fashion label has recently opened a 1500sq ft boutique space in Pavilion KL, making it the largest Longchamp store in Malaysia.

In this Pavilion KL store, the brand will be housing the latest bag collections together with the much-anticipated Ready-to-Wear and shoes division.

Dedicated spaces are created for the different divisions – bags, accessories, clothing and shoes.  These discrete areas allow Longchamp to showcase its new collections while keeping the staple merchandies in a devoted corner.

During the month of November 2013, there is also a special corner named Sur Mesure, where patrons of Longchamp can get personalisation services for the Le Pliage bag. In the Sur Mesure corner, you'll be able to choose the specific colours for their bag followed by your choice of hardware and bag, length of bag handles and more excitingly, embossing or embroidering your initials on the bag - creating your own unique Le Pliage bag.

Bringing the bold and spirited to spring

In celebration of the launch, Longchamp also unveiled its latest Spring 2014 collection inspired by three different destinations – Botswana, Portofino and Australia.

The highlight of the collection is its final destination, the Outback of Australia with its wild beauty and spirit of adventure represented by colourful shades of gold, red and orange.

One particular print makes the statement piece for the season, the Tribu Longchamp, which is created using the lorikeet, a small and brightly coloured parrot that is emblematic of Australia.

The vibrant flocks of bird feather is strategically printed in the bags and ready-to-wear in two eye-catching palettes of khaki with lemon or terracotta with burnt orange.
