Having flown 12 hours via Helsinki to London, I was delighted to be greeted with open arms by Blakes Hotel.
With 5 suitcases in hand, I can’t explain how happy I was to fall into bed that night after unpacking.

I started my London Fashion Week Friday at a fitting at the house of Ralph & Russo in Mayfair before heading back to Blakes to change into my green goddess gown. It was then off to the highly anticipated inaugural pret a porter show for Ralph & Russo...

En route to JW Anderson
Next up was JW Anderson. He stripped it all back to paired down comfort—homey fabrics, a clean colour palette and even some midriff-baring looks for the fashionably bold.

Simone Rocha, on the other hand, went full-on Victorian in her details with princess sleeves, Peter Pan collars, floral detailing and lace trimmings.
The Markus Lupfer presentation was held against a backdrop of white balloons while models lounged around like they were in a Slim Arrons photograph. Key silhouettes to note: cropped high-waisted trousers are all the rage, and when it comes to sunglasses, the bigger the better.
Arne Eggers and I at Markus Lupfer
Wrapped up my night at China Tang with my Hong Kong pals Veronica Chou, Arne Eggers and Tina Leung for some dim sum, and we were sitting next to none other than the legendary Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell dining with the new British Vogue Editor-in-Chief, Edward Enniful.
No rest for the wicked, Sunday’s schedule was packed! I started my morning at the Alice Temperley show, who stayed true to her bohemian aesthetic.

Didn’t have time to grab lunch, but managed a quick pit stop at Chiltern Firehouse with actor Mark Luu and his girlfriend Ran Ran Chen. Cocktails and canapes were my only sustenance today.
Dinner at the Peter Pilotto townhouse followed shortly after, but what really fueled me were the art installations which were an array of collaborations set through the three floor town house.

It was all about pastel at Peter Pilotto.
Peter Pilotto was an explosion of color—rainbow hues on stripes, pastel lace and even a luxe shell suit.
Karla Otto at the 10th Anniversary of COS.
Wrapped up my day with an event at the National Gallery, which was a toast to the 10th anniversary of COS. Paired down, easy-to-wear pieces coupled with a private viewing of their most notable works including Van Gogh’s sunflowers. A perfect nightcap.
I spent my Monday morning at the Pringle of Scotland show.
It was a departure from the argyle patterns and cashmere sweaters that the house has become synonymous with, but what we saw were beautiful silhouettes; long, lean and sculptural on soft semi-sheer knits.
Next appointment on the agenda is Huishan Zhang. His '60s inspired presentation was pure decadence—large disc paillettes, flowy feathers and maximum tulle.

David Koma takes the route of futuristic sportswear but with a feminine touch.
Larger than life ruffles were added to cut-out dresses, while lace suit separates were accented with snap fastenings along the leg.
Accessories designer Sophia Webster transported us to a forest wonderland with stilettos featuring floating petals and gem-encrusted heels.

The night didn’t end at dinner. Afterwards, we headed over to the Love Magazine party which was co-hosted by The Muppets and my good friend, Poppy Delevingne. Lou Lous was transformed into a Galactic Disco for the one-night-only affair.
Saving the best for last! Tommy Hilfiger finished LFW is with a BANG with Hilfiger’s Rock Circus to celebrate the new Tommy x Gigi collection. The venue was packed with Gigi’s famous friends, who rocked the catwalk, as well as a special performance by The Chainsmokers.
